makes a difference June 25, 2015 Reviewer: Donna from Missouri   Toners always eluded me until I tried experimenting with washing my face and then applying moisturizer vs washing my face, toning and then applying moisturizer.  It does make a difference.  My skin care sometimes even though I'm so careful feel a bit rough after cleansing and if I use a toner and then apply moisturizer it feels much smoother.  This toner is really nice because of the scent and the spritz is very soothing to my skin.  Other toners require cotton balls and that irritates my skin.
