Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. A Tracking Number & Carrier is Required. Shipping a Return product is at the buyers expense and we regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded for purchases or returns. An email needs to be sent to sales@calmskincare.com asking for a refund, exchange or credit and then products should be securely packaged and shipped back.
