How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is not suitable for your skin, please contact costumer support and let us help you find an alternative.

If we cannot find a product that is suitable for your skin, then for products purchased directly from are returnable. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. A Tracking Number & Carrier is Required. Shipping a Return product is at the buyers expense and we regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded for purchases or returns. An email needs to be sent to asking for a refund, exchange or credit and then products should be securely packaged and shipped back.
