Pretty Good Toner January 8, 2015 Reviewer: Sarah B from Bloomington, IN   I'm usually not wild about toners.  For the longest time I couldn't figure out what they were needed for.  I finally figured it out for myself.  It smells good, straight up smells good and feels nice on your skin after washing it.  But I'm not sure if it does all the effects of pore tightening etc.  I have noticed that when I don't use it my skin doesn't feel as nice, so I have become a regular.
